Matthew Reddington is a Senior Litigation Attorney in our Tax Litigation practice based in Houston, Texas. He is an experienced litigation attorney, having handled over 30 trials before the United States Tax Court. He has litigated on a wide range of issues with respect to the tax code, covering complex topics such as R&D Credits, intermediary transactions, real estate, change of accounting, foreign income exclusions and interest abatement. Prior to joining ZMF, Reddington served as a Senior Attorney for the IRS’s Office of Chief Counsel from 2009 to 2018. During this time, he contributed to large case litigation as a team member and team leader and was honored with awards in 2014, 2015 and 2017 for his trial successes.
