Jacob S. Langley is a seasoned litigation trial attorney with years of experience representing Plaintiffs and Defendants in a wide range of legal disputes. Based in Houston, Texas, Jacob has successfully litigated cases throughout the United States. Jacob’s primary practice areas include Complex Tax Litigation and Commercial Litigation.
Most recently, Jacob’s practice has involved helping businesses across the United States that have taken the Employee Retention Tax Credit and now need support for IRS Examination and representation against ERTC promoters that have provided faulty and unsubstantiated claims. With more and more companies attempting to take advantage of ERTC, Jacob ensures that the work product these companies provide to businesses adheres to the guidelines set forth by the Internal Revenue Service and Congress.
Jacob received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law. Jacob is a member of Georgia Trial Lawyer Association, Macon Trial Lawyer Association, American Association of Justice, Georgia Young Lawyers Division.
