Dhaval Jadav has a variety of experience working in both the public and private sectors. He previously worked for Deloitte & Touche in its national office and in the Houston District Counsel office of the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to these positions, Jadav was a member of a Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity/Strategic Buyer Services Group in San Francisco.
Jadav has been featured in a number of industry publications, including CFO Magazine, Breakingviews and Harvard Business Review alongside ZMF’s Dean Zerbe. Most recently, Jadav was featured in Industry Week, where he highlighted the importance of cybersecurity protocols in businesses – providing a list of 17 steps that all businesses should take in promoting cybersecurity measures. He currently serves as counsel for a number of organizations including DSquared Tax Strategies, a consulting firm created to help clients address the new legislative tax paradigm coming from Washington DC.
Jadav is a passionate supporter of STEM-based (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education and has helped to establish a number of philanthropic initiatives, including scholarships, that promote exposure to STEM education and careers in universities, public schools and communities in the Houston, Texas area.
Jadav earned an LL.M. degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law center. He was born in Manhattan and grew up in California and Texas.
