Our Team

Audrey Bidwell is an Associate Tax Attorney on our tax planning and tax controversy team. Her practice focuses on providing tax efficient strategies to high-net worth individual clients while also representing and advocating for clients under IRS examination and appeals. Her experience includes tax-exempt organizations, corporate taxation, federal tax controversy, penalty abatement, and PPP Audit Compliance. She has received a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University’s School of Law, a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University’s School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University, where she graduated with high honors.
