F. Hale Stewart, JD, LL.M. has been practicing in the area of captive insurance and alternative risk transfer for over 12 years.  He is the author of U.S. Captive Insurance Law, Captive Insurance in Plain English and is a regular contributor to the International Risk Management Institute’s alternative risk financing library.
